Most people have heard the myth, “if you have acne-prone skin, don’t use oil on your face!” Sebacious oils are oils that closely resemble human sebum and are easily absorbed by the skin. Oily skin can be very dry underneath causing your sebacious glands to overproduce oil, resulting in breakouts. When you naturally hydrate your skin, your body will stop overproducing oils and lessen breakouts.

We recommend using our Green Clay Mask with one drop of Tea Tree Essential Oil, three times a week to draw out the blackheads, followed by Clean Sweep Toner and Nightly Face Serum.

It depends on the products you purchase and your skin care goals. Some of our customers see results, such as softer and more hydrated skin, within a few days. 

Buy one of our basic skincare sets and follow the routine as directed for 7 days. Our products are designed to work together and when you use them as a set, you see results, much quicker!

It depends on the product, but most are designed for a 12-month shelf life. Just like food, natural products have an expiration. It is recommended that you keep your lids on tight, use clean hands or a scoop for your products, and store them in a cool, dark place to maximum life. Avoid direct sunlight or temperatures in excess of 87*F / 30.5*C.

Please consult with your physician before usings any Simple Body products if you are pregnant or nursing.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing your order (during regular business hours), we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is placed. We do make every attempt to box and ship orders the same day they are received.

We ship all over the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We also ship overseas, but you must call the store to place your order and get a quote for shipping.

We make every attempt to ship your order the same day it is received with the exception of Sundays. We use UPS to ship and standard delivery time within the United States is 5-7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number upon order confirmation. This will be sent to the provided email address. Please use this number to track your order. If you lose that number, please refer back to your order confirmation email to track your order.

There are over 2,500 ingredients that have been banned in Europe and Japan that American cosmetic companies use to manufacture their products. We use NONE of these.
